We support older adults and individuals requiring assistance with daily living, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent wherever they call home.
We are expanding our care team in Mississauga, Etobicoke, and surrounding communities and are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing thoughtful, professional care.
Care may be provided in private homes, retirement residences, hospitals, and long-term care settings.
What You'll Do
Provide companionship and social engagement
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
Provide medication reminders
Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
Complete visit documentation and communicate changes in condition
Support clients following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization
Assist with light housekeeping related to client care

Qualifications
Personal Support Worker certificate or equivalent caregiving experience
Minimum two years of experience supporting seniors or adults requiring assistance with activities of daily living
Current Vulnerable Sector Check
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Nice To Have
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience supporting individuals living with dementia
Experience in home care, retirement living, hospital, or long-term care environments
Health & Safety Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to provide documentation related to TB screening, vaccination requirements, and other applicable public health measures in accordance with role requirements and current regulations.
