Medical Priorities has proudly delivered personalized home care services since 1995, supporting seniors and adults across London, Ontario and surrounding areas. Our support staff are the heart of our organization, providing compassionate, respectful, and reliable care in clients’ homes.

Although we are not currently hiring, we regularly recruit qualified candidates for the following roles when opportunities arise:

Typical Skills & Qualifications

Support staff working with Medical Priorities generally demonstrate:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

  • At least two (2) years of experience supporting seniors or individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Relevant certification or training (PSW, DSW, Health Care Aide, or equivalent, depending on role)

  • Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification

  • Completion of WHMIS training

  • Completion of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) training

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassion, patience, and respect for client dignity

  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Medical Priorities follows public health and infection prevention requirements to protect clients and staff.
