Medical Priorities has proudly delivered personalized home care services since 1995, supporting seniors and adults across London, Ontario and surrounding areas. Our support staff are the heart of our organization, providing compassionate, respectful, and reliable care in clients’ homes.

Typical Skills & Qualifications
Support staff working with Medical Priorities generally demonstrate:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
At least two (2) years of experience supporting seniors or individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Relevant certification or training (PSW, DSW, Health Care Aide, or equivalent, depending on role)
Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
Completion of WHMIS training
Completion of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion, patience, and respect for client dignity
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of employment.
Canadian work experience is not required. We value relevant skills, education, and lived experience. S

Medical Priorities follows public health and infection prevention requirements to protect clients and staff.
